Cake

  • Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
  • 1 Large Vanilla Pudding mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ c Coconut rum
  • ½ c Water
  • ½ c Oil (canola or vegetable)

Steps

  1. Mix eggs and wet ingredients.
  2. Add in Vanilla Pudding.
  3. End with Yellow Cake mix till mixed fully.
  4. Spray baker’s pam on bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F until toothpick comes out clean (20-30 minutes).

Glaze

  • ½ c Butter
  • ¼ c Water
  • 1 c Sugar
  • ½ c Coconut rum

Steps

  1. Bring sugar, water, and butter to a boil. Remove from heat immediately.
  2. Add rum.
  3. Cover the cake with glaze.
