Relationships! God gave us the ideal model of a loving relationship when he sent Christ into the world.

Today, reflect on what Scripture reminds us of the perfect love God offers us and the gift he gives us through friendship. Review the verses highlighted this week such as Isaiah 9:2 NIV, Luke 2:29-32, Matthew 19:41, or any of the others that stood out to you over the past few days. Spend time carefully exploring each word, listening to what God wants to teach you.

Review the notes you captured during your readings, and jot down any additional thoughts you may have.

Prayer:
Lord, I praise you for the gift of your son and the incredible love he showed me by coming to earth in human form for the purpose of bearing my sin. You are also so loving and gracious to provide friendships to help me navigate this world. I am grateful for these relationships. Help me love and care for them well in return. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Series Theme Verse:

Acts 20:35
And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
