Thinking about our journey's physical and mental domains, I encourage you to revisit Galatians 5:22–24.
Pick a fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, or self-control.
Which one stands out to you right now? Which one might God be inviting you to grow in this week?
It could be patience when your schedule feels overwhelming.
Maybe it’s self-control in how you care for your body.
Or maybe it’s peace in the middle of emotional chaos.
Remember, this isn’t about trying harder. It's about letting the Holy Spirit shape you from the inside out.
Ask God to grow that fruit in you this week, and take at least one small step to live it out.
Transformation happens when we trust Jesus and follow him where he leads.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank you for the fruit of your Spirit at work in me. I want to become more like you. Shape my thoughts, strengthen my choices, and if I get stuck, please remind me I'm not doing this alone. In Jesus' name, amen.
Series Theme Verse:
John 8:31-32
Jesus said to the people who believed in him, “You are truly my disciples if you remain faithful to my teachings. And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
